Carrie was endorsed on November 19, 2018 by The Humanist Society as a member in good standing of the American Humanist Association and has satisfied the requirements of The Humanist Society Board of Directors to be deemed a Humanist Celebrant, having full rights and responsibilities of ordained clergy under the jurisdiction of the law within the State of South Carolina and is authorized to attend to the pastoral and ceremonial needs of Humanists and all others seeking her service. Carrie also encourages the Humanist World View through Invocations, Speaking engagements, and Workshops.
